Summary

The City of Hämeenlinna is procuring energy audits, renovation passports and energy performance certificates for properties managed by its premises services. The portfolio comprises approximately 140 buildings with a combined floor area of about 230,000 m², mainly schools and day-care centres. The procurement is not divided into lots and will establish a framework agreement with three suppliers; its estimated value is approximately EUR 90,000 excluding VAT.
