Building condition surveys

Summary

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy is procuring building condition surveys and assessments for its properties in Helsinki. The procurement is divided into 12 lots covering general condition assessments; drainage; residential building structures; hazardous materials; moisture in wet rooms; heating, water and sewer systems; ventilation; radon; ducts and flues; electrical and data systems; thermal imaging; and airtightness measurements. The surveys will mainly support the planning of renovation projects and may include follow-up investigations. The framework agreement will run for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, and up to three consulting companies will be selected for each lot.
