Mellunkylä Area Maintenance Contract 2027–2032

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring maintenance services for streets and green areas covering most of Mellunkylä and parts of Malmi and Vartiokylä for 2027–2032. The work includes winter maintenance, cleaning, and the maintenance and repair of structures, street furniture and vegetation, as well as site management and site services. This is one of four separately tendered geographic contracts, and one contractor will be selected for it.
