Window and door renovation at Kirkkokatu 14 and 16

Summary

Hämeenkyrön Asunnonhankinta Oy is procuring, as a single overall contract, the renovation of windows and doors at the residential buildings at Kirkkokatu 14 and 16, together with replacement of the facade panels between the windows at Kirkkokatu 16. The work includes measuring, supplying and installing 212 windows, 64 balcony doors and seven wooden doors, as well as the necessary removal, sealing, finishing and cleaning work. Stairwell metal doors and their side windows, and building-element joint sealing, are excluded; the work is scheduled for spring 2027.
