Framework agreement for design services 2027–2029 and one option year

Summary

The City of Mikkeli is establishing a framework agreement for 2027–2029, with a possible one-year extension option, for design, consultancy and supervision services for properties managed and maintained by the city. The procurement has five parts: principal and architectural design; structural design, consultancy and supervision; heating, ventilation and plumbing design, consultancy and supervision; electrical design, consultancy and supervision; and building automation design, consultancy and supervision. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more parts. The scope and volume of each assignment will be agreed separately for each project, ranging from small alterations to larger investments and renovation projects. Fees will be based on the bidder’s hourly rates for SKOL personnel categories; the rates must include the specified special compensation and any necessary travel costs and travel time. Designers must visit the site and attend meetings when required, and be able to attend the site by the next working day when requested by the client. The bidder must ensure that the appointed designers have the required professional eligibility and be able to provide evidence of it. The submission deadline is 6 November 2026.
