Request for information: Development partnership for data-driven and AI-assisted customer guidance

Summary

Business Finland Oy and the Business Finland funding centre are conducting a market consultation to prepare a future procurement for a broad strategic and operational digital transformation partnership focused on data-driven and AI-assisted customer guidance. The potential service would cover three integrated workstreams: validating, designing and implementing data-driven use cases; providing technical and data development support for Martech, Salestech, unified customer profiles, marketing technology and CRM; and developing organisational capabilities, operating models, cross-organisational cooperation, common practices, metrics and change-management capacity. The procurement is still at the preparation stage, and the final scope, requirements, delivery model and timetable have not been determined. The notice is a request for information, not a contract notice or tender invitation; responding is voluntary, is not required for participation in any later procurement and will not affect a potential supplier’s position. Interested companies are asked to review the draft annexes and submit clearly identified comments and answers to the questions in the request by 25 September 2026. No compensation is paid for preparing a response or participating in the market dialogue. A future contract notice is tentatively expected around September–October 2026, but this schedule may change.
