Kellokoski River Park and Fitness Stairs

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of the Kellokoski River Park and fitness stairs in Tuusula, in the park area bounded by Vanha valtatie, the Keravanjoki River and Kirvesmiehentie. The works must be delivered fully completed in accordance with the plans, including all required materials, construction work and works specified in the electrical plans. The contract is a lump-sum general contract, and the selected contractor will act as the main contractor. The contractor must prepare a warranty-period maintenance plan for the sites, based on the Finnish VKT 2021 publication, and obtain the contracting authority’s approval for the plan.
