Procurement of external traffic data – 2026–2032 (Dynamic Purchasing System)

Summary

Fintraffic Tie Oy is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for procuring external traffic data and related data collection and processing services for the period up to 31 August 2032. The system covers five areas: speed and traffic-flow data; road and weather condition data; road condition data; traffic safety data concerning near misses and sudden interventions; and traffic-volume data. The system is intended to enable flexible procurement of continuously developing information services based on current market technology. Individual service procurements will be organised as separate competitions within the dynamic purchasing system. The system may also be used to a limited extent for the needs of other companies in the Fintraffic group.
