Promotional products 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement covers promotional products, marketing equipment and logo-branded clothing for the Central Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county, Soite, for the contract period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible option from 1 January 2030 to 31 December 2030. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement. Tenderers are asked to provide prices for the products most frequently purchased during the contract period; other promotional products will be procured through mini-competitions among the suppliers selected for the framework agreement. The contracting authority intends to select 2–4 suppliers.
