OpenShift Platform Support, Maintenance and Expert Services (RFI)

Summary

Fingrid Oyj is conducting a voluntary Request for Information and preliminary market consultation for a potential future procurement concerning OpenShift platform support, maintenance and expert services. The planned services are expected to cover operational Run Services and development-oriented Change Services for Fingrid’s business-critical OpenShift platform environment, which is intended to support containerized and virtualized workloads. Fingrid seeks information from potential suppliers about their service models, support arrangements, technical capabilities, relevant experience, expertise profiles and commercial approaches. Participation does not create obligations for Fingrid or suppliers and will neither advantage nor disadvantage a supplier in any later procurement. Responses are due by 6 October 2026 at 00:00.
