Framework agreement for the repair and maintenance of geographic information systems

Summary

The City of Paimio is procuring a framework agreement for technical repair, maintenance, support, consulting and minor development services for its geographic information systems. The procurement is divided into five lots: Oracle, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, GeoServer, QGIS and FME. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots, but partial offers within a lot are not accepted. Offers are compared separately for each lot based on the proposed hourly rate, and up to three accepted bidders with the lowest hourly rates will be selected for each lot. The overall maximum value of all lots is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT for the contract period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and the option period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030; the contracting authority has no minimum purchase obligation. In normal assignments, the supplier must state within one business day whether it can accept the work. In critical disruption situations, acceptance must be confirmed within the target time of two hours during service hours.
