Rental and purchase of air purification equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the mainly rental and, to a lesser extent, purchase of indoor air purification equipment for public premises such as schools, day-care centres, offices, archives and auditoriums. The equipment must be suitable for the temporary mitigation of indoor air problems. The procurement is divided into three lots with capacities of 160, 400 and 800 m³/h. For each lot, the three highest-scoring bidders will be selected as framework agreement suppliers in ranking order. The contract term is two years and may be extended through two one-year options. The contracting authority does not guarantee any specific purchase volume or monetary value, and the tender submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 13:15.
