ARK Framework Agreement Tender Preparation

Summary

The City of Jyväskylä is preparing a framework agreement procurement for main and architectural design services. Before publishing the final contract notice, it is seeking market participants’ comments on the draft consultancy agreement, tender form and information form. Comments must be sent to maija.poukka@jyvaskyla.fi by 6 September 2026, with “ARK Framework Agreement Tendering” in the subject line. Up to 2–3 market participants may be invited from among the respondents to individual discussions. This is a preparatory market dialogue, not the deadline for submitting a final bid.
