Market survey and request for information: Advertising display concession agreement in Imatra 2026

Summary

This is a market survey and request for information concerning a planned concession for a digital advertising display in the Koskenparras area of Imatra, not a final procurement. The concession holder would install a digital advertising display at Koskenparras 5 and would generally be responsible for its design, permits, installation, operation, servicing, maintenance, insurance, and removal and reinstatement of the site at the end of the contract. In return, the holder could sell advertising time on the display and would bear the related commercial risk. Under the preliminary model, three advertising slots per week would be provided for the City of Imatra, and the display would be made available during events organised by the city, its event partners, or the local city-centre association. A response must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 10:00 by uploading a brochure describing the proposed service. The response is non-binding and does not prevent participation in any possible future procurement; the city is not obliged to launch one.
