Request for information: delivery, installation and maintenance of laundry machines

Summary

This is a market consultation, not a procurement procedure that starts with the submission of tenders. The aim is to gather market participants’ views on the delivery and installation of laundry machines at properties owned by VAV Yhtymä Oy and on how future maintenance could be arranged. The consultation has two parts: delivery and installation of laundry machines, and laundry machine maintenance. To participate, companies must complete the relevant attached response form and upload it to the procurement system by 11:59 p.m. on 6 September 2026. No other documents are required at this stage. Based on the responses, 1–3 participants may be invited to market dialogue meetings held from 8 to 30 September 2026.
