Request for information on temporary staffing services for HUS Core Services

Summary

This is a market consultation through which HUS Group is mapping solutions and service providers for temporary staffing for HUS Core Services. Staff are primarily needed for institutional cleaning, catering and kitchen work at sites in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Hyvinkää, Mäntsälä, Lohja and Porvoo. The need may be short-term, usually 1–5 days, or longer-term, full-time or part-time, and may include seasonal work. Service providers are asked to describe the pricing model, service reporting arrangements and how staff competence is ensured, and to submit their response by 27 August 2026 to kilpailutus.palvelut@hus.fi. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender, and responding is not a prerequisite for participating in any possible future procurement.
