Request for information and invitation to market dialogue: preparation of the procurement of a project management contract for the renewal of Honkanummi Crematorium

Summary

This is a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue concerning the preparation of a planned project management contract for the renewal of Honkanummi Crematorium. It is not a contract notice or a procurement procedure opening a tender submission stage. The planned project covers an approximately 350 gross-square-metre extension with foundation works, the procurement and installation of new flue-gas cleaning equipment for the existing crematorium furnaces, and completion of the surrounding area; a condenser yard may also be included. The provisional contract period is from early 2027 to summer 2028, with construction planned to start in April 2027. The market dialogue will take place on 31 August 2026 at 13:00 in Helsinki. Participation and the number of participants must be notified by 26 August 2026 at 12:00 by email to kiinteistotoimisto.helsinki@evl.fi. The working language of the event is Finnish. An open tender procedure is provisionally planned, with the procedure expected to take place in late 2026.
