Information request: building-technical repair and alteration works

Summary

This is a market consultation by the City of Rovaniemi, not a contract notice or a tender submission stage. The contracting authority is identifying suppliers capable of providing annual building-technical maintenance, repair and alteration works for municipal properties, including materials, as well as earthworks, glazing services and external surface cleaning. A company may register for the market dialogue by 27 August 2026 at 12:00. Responding does not commit a supplier to participate in a later procurement and is not a precondition for doing so; failure to respond will not prevent later participation. The dialogue may take place during weeks 36–38 at the specified address in Rovaniemi or via Teams, and will be conducted in Finnish. No compensation is paid for participation.
