Summary

The tender concerns legal expert services for a public-law organisation, including drafting and commenting on documents as well as advisory and guidance services. The services will mainly be provided by telephone, email, other electronic remote connection or at the contracting authority’s premises. The procurement is divided into ten lots: social and healthcare law, contract law and public procurement, criminal law, employment and civil service law, administrative and wellbeing services law, land-use, construction and real estate law, compensation matters, data protection and information security, intellectual property, and rescue and security matters. Bidders may choose the lot or lots suitable for them. Court representation services and other legal services outside the scope of the Public Procurement Act are excluded. The tender submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 13:00 Finnish time.
