Development of the Educational Addiction Prevention Workshops Programme in Bilbao Schools

Bilbao City Council’s Health and Consumer Affairs Department is procuring technical assistance to deliver educational addiction-prevention workshops in Bilbao secondary schools from January 2027 to June 2028. The contract has three lots: workshops on problematic internet and digital-technology use (up to 800 hours); substance-addiction prevention for secondary-school students (up to 960 hours); and substance-use risk reduction and gambling-related workshops for upper-secondary and vocational students (up to 464 hours).
