Structural reinforcement of the roof of the Cadaqués municipal pavilion

Summary

The Cadaqués City Council is procuring works to reinforce the roof structure of its municipal sports pavilion, as a necessary step towards enabling the installation of a photovoltaic system. The work includes repairing and reinforcing existing structural members, installing a new exterior substructure and associated protection, and carrying out related preparatory, quality-control, waste-management and safety work. The works are awarded as one undivided contract, with a tender budget of €54,457.40 excluding VAT (€65,893.45 including VAT), and must be completed by 31 October 2027.
