Construction works for phases 1 and 2 of the comprehensive redevelopment of La Paz University Hospital

Summary

The Madrid Health Contracting Agency is procuring the demolition and construction works for the new La Paz University Hospital in Madrid. The single, undivided contract covers two sequential phases over 96 months: phase 1 includes demolition on the central plot and construction of the central-services base and adult inpatient tower; phase 2 includes demolition of the existing General and Trauma Hospital and construction of the outpatient-services base and maternal and child inpatient tower. Work will take place while the hospital remains operational.
