ITELAZPI is procuring a three-year renewal of maintenance and support for its IBM platform for technical network monitoring, covering 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The supply comprises 945 IBM Concert Operate Resource Unit annual software and support renewals and two IBM Expert Labs Concert Platform Consulting units. The consulting scope includes installation and basic configuration of Concert Operate, integration with the existing Netcool system, functional validation and basic knowledge transfer.
