Chair rental for cultural events

Summary

The City of Bilbao’s Culture and Governance Area is procuring the rental of chairs, and potentially other furniture, for cultural events held throughout the year, mainly outdoors. The service includes delivery, installation, dismantling and collection. The furniture includes basic and multipurpose chairs in service quantities from 25 to 500, as well as upholstered chairs and tables; some festival venues may require up to 1,000 chairs per day.
