Design and construction for the expansion and reconfiguration of the Cerdanyola del Vallès police station

Summary

Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya is procuring the basic and detailed design, followed by construction, for the expansion and reconfiguration of the ABP police station in Cerdanyola del Vallès, within the Northern Metropolitan Police Region. The design includes geotechnical and safety studies, BIM development and energy-performance certification; the works include the building, urbanisation and adaptation of existing features. The contract is not divided into lots and does not include construction supervision. The total budget is €3,583,388.99 including VAT; design is scheduled for 10 months and the works for up to 16 months.
