Investigation and characterisation of public soil quality in the Tres Xemeneies sector

Summary

The Consorci del Besòs is procuring, as a single lot, an integrated investigation and assessment of environmental soil quality on approximately 54,154 m² of public land in the Tres Xemeneies sector of Badalona and Sant Adrià de Besòs. The work includes field investigations and laboratory analyses of soil and, where relevant, groundwater; quantitative risk assessment for current and planned land uses; and technical reports with proposals for corrective or soil-management measures where needed. The eight-month service also includes the technical documentation and processing required by the relevant Catalan environmental authorities.
