Annual maintenance and support for the HPE Aruba Wi-Fi network infrastructure

Summary

The University of Barcelona is procuring one year of maintenance and support for HPE Aruba Networking hardware and software forming the core of its Wi-Fi network. The service covers eight devices: Aruba 7210, 7220 and 9240 controllers, an Aruba MM-HW-5K and an MCR-VA-5K; the contract is not divided into lots. The service includes 24/7 remote assistance, corrective maintenance with 8x5 service and next-business-day replacement, and manufacturer-backed technical support. The contract is valued at EUR 19,500 excluding VAT and runs from 15 February 2027 to 14 February 2028, except for the MCR-VA-5K, covered from 6 March 2027.
