Authorisation to operate the bar-cafeteria at Passeig Civic Centre

Vilassar de Mar City Council is granting authorisation to occupy and operate the bar-cafeteria inside the Passeig Civic Centre at Camí Ral 19–20. The authorised space includes the terrace, storage room, washroom, bar area, counter area and bar preparation room. The operator will manage the service and provide daily opening and closing, cleaning and maintenance; the initial term is 24 months, with possible extensions of up to two additional years.
