Design, construction and maintenance of the University of Girona stand at the 2027 Education Fair

Summary

The University of Girona is procuring the design, construction, transport, installation, dismantling, storage and maintenance of a single 100 m² exhibition stand for the Education Fair in Barcelona, scheduled for 10–14 March 2027. The scope includes visitor information counters, central work and group-interaction areas, signage and audiovisual display, storage, furniture, utilities, cleaning and technical support. The stand will be stored for possible reuse at the 2028 edition; the estimated tender budget is EUR 45,000 including VAT. The contract is indivisible and has no lots.
