LIBROMAD 2027 – Planning, organisation and delivery of Madrid Book Week activities

The Community of Madrid is procuring the planning, organisation and delivery of LIBROMAD, Madrid Book Week 2027, a region-wide programme promoting books and reading. The single, unloted contract covers a central event including a 50-stall book fair, activities with bookstores and at least 166 libraries, street events at a minimum of four locations, communications and promotional materials, and updates to the event website and social media. The total budget is €507,449.80 including VAT.
