User assistance and reception services at Barcelona Activa facilities

Summary

Barcelona Activa is procuring user assistance, information and referral services, together with auxiliary reception duties, at its facilities under six lots: its central offices and Porta22; Startup Lab and Lidera; Cibernàrium; Parc Tecnològic; Convent; and Nou Barris Activa. The services include in-person, telephone and online reception and information, visitor and access support, mail and deliveries, room and event logistics, registrations and other reception support. The contract has a one-year initial term starting on 1 April 2027, with up to four one-year extensions; the lots include annual hour banks of up to 200, 300, 150, 200, 100 and 150 hours respectively.
