Redevelopment of Plaza de la Paz

Summary

Huércanos Town Council is procuring the comprehensive redevelopment of Plaza de la Paz and the adjoining streets San Roque, García Baquero and Travesía García Baquero. The single, indivisible works contract covers demolition and earthworks, retaining structures, new pavements, renewal of sewerage and drinking-water networks, stormwater drainage and public lighting, as well as landscaping and street furniture. The works are scheduled to take eight months; the budget is €334,150.96 including VAT.
