Maintenance of installations in Celrà municipal buildings, public spaces and event support

Summary

The Municipality of Celrà is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of installations in its municipal buildings and facilities, as well as certain municipal electricity, water and irrigation installations in streets, squares, parks and gardens. The service also includes auxiliary technical support for municipal events. It is a single, undivided contract, with an estimated 1,300 labour hours per year; the initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions. Public street lighting and the public sewer network are excluded.
