Supply and installation of advanced microelectronic circuit assembly and integration equipment for IFAE
Summary
The Institut de Física d’Altes Energies (IFAE) is procuring one advanced machine for assembling and integrating microelectronic circuits, including delivery and installation at its Bellaterra campus. The procurement is not divided into lots. Delivery is due within 10 months of contract signature; if requested, IFAE may require the supplier to store the equipment at its premises for up to three months. The estimated contract value is €805,000 excluding VAT.
