Summary

LogiRAIL is procuring maintenance, user and technical support, and functional development of its SAP back-office applications and related systems. The scope covers corrective and preventive maintenance, user support, minor enhancements and planned medium and major developments or projects; the technical catalogue includes SAP platforms, integrations, databases, analytics, HR and document-management solutions. The estimated workload for 2027–2029 is 111,600 work units: 50,220 for continuing services and 61,380 for planned services.
