Training and development services for transversal skills (soft skills)

Summary

Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) is establishing a framework agreement to select up to three providers for the design, delivery, follow-up and evaluation of scheduled or ad hoc training for staff of its three group companies. The flexible programme covers transversal skills, leadership and management, communication and collaboration, change management, wellbeing, emotional skills, resilience, innovation, critical thinking and related professional development topics. Training is primarily face-to-face and includes preparatory work and post-training follow-up where required. The estimated value is €280,000 excluding VAT, with an indicative volume of 25 training sessions per year and a maximum price of €2,800 per training action; the agreement may run for up to four years, including extensions.
