Construction execution management services for the new Les Cinc Sènies Institute in Mataró

Summary

Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya is procuring technical services to manage and supervise the execution of works for a new institute in Mataró, designed for four lines of ESO and three lines of baccalaureate education, with capacity for 690 students. The project comprises a two-storey building of approximately 4,703.52 m² and about 4,593.55 m² of landscaped and paved outdoor areas for schoolyards. The contract is not divided into lots and is initially planned for 24 months, with services continuing through the works’ 24-month warranty period.
