Construction supervision for cycle path and sidewalk works on Jaizkibel Avenue

Summary

The Municipality of Lezo is procuring the site supervision service for the reconfiguration works on Jaizkibel Avenue between numbers 21 and 49. The works will raise the cycle path to sidewalk level, renew some underground utilities and remove obstacles; their execution budget is €586,653.18 and the construction period is seven months. The service covers technical supervision, quality and waste-management checks, schedule and budget monitoring, and liaison with affected parties. It runs through the construction period and the works contract’s guarantee period, ending after the works contract is settled. Safety and health coordination during construction is procured separately.
