Restoration design and construction supervision for visitor areas at Miravet Templar Castle

Summary

The Catalan Agency for Cultural Heritage is procuring the basic and detailed design, including the health and safety study, and subsequent construction supervision for restoring and adapting approximately 1,730 m² of visitor areas at Miravet Templar Castle: the stables, the midday bastion, the commander's hall and the treasury tower. The single contract is valued at €120,000 excluding VAT (€145,200 including VAT); design and construction supervision are separate phases, with the latter dependent on external funding and approval of the works expenditure.
