Auction sale of metal from demonetised coins

Summary

The National Mint and Stamp Factory–Royal Mint (FNMT-RCM), acting on behalf of the Public Treasury, is auctioning metal recovered from demonetisation operations. The sale comprises three lots of 925‰ silver alloy: 1,000 kg, 2,000 kg and 4,743.2 kg, each subject to a ±10% quantity variation. The metal consists of flattened, demonetised coin pieces supplied loose in palletised drums.
