Renovation of CEPLAM facilities for changing rooms, an armoury and a staff room

Summary

The Directorate General for Security of the Canary Islands is procuring renovation works for a 99.4 m² area at the CEPLAM building in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife. The works will create and adapt changing rooms, an armoury and a staff room, and renew associated interior finishes, water and drainage systems, electrical, heating and ventilation systems, and fire protection. The architectural and installation works form a single coordinated contract and are not divided into lots; the maximum works period is two months.
