Renewal of the HVAC system and fire protection upgrades at Seville Airport

Summary

Aena is procuring the complete renewal of the HVAC system and upgrades to the fire protection installations in the Seville Airport terminal, including adaptation of the construction design, execution of the works and commissioning. The works cover, among other things, heating and cooling equipment, hydraulic and ventilation systems, controls and monitoring, electrical installations, and active and passive fire protection. The airport must remain operational during the works. The contract is a single integrated procurement, with a maximum duration of 39 months and a base tender budget of EUR 13,595,000 excluding VAT.
