Open framework agreement for locomotive services for ballast delivery and herbicide treatment

Summary

Línea Figueras Perpignan is establishing an open framework agreement for a diesel locomotive and driver to haul work trains on the international section of the Perpignan–Figueres high-speed railway. The service will support activities including ballast delivery and railway-platform herbicide treatment; the procurement is not divided into lots. The framework will run for 12 months, with an option to extend it by a further 12 months, and has an estimated total value of EUR 580,000 excluding VAT.
