ADIF ACERCA assistance service for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility

Summary

ADIF is procuring the ADIF ACERCA assistance service for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility for 24 months. The service includes helping passengers move through stations, board and leave trains, and reach their seats, using mechanical aids or personal accompaniment as needed. It is currently provided across Spain at 146 stations: 71 with permanent service and 75 on demand. The tender budget is EUR 50,659,740.96 excluding VAT, with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
