Framework Agreement for SAREB Legal Advice, Representation and Defence

SAREB is procuring a framework agreement for legal advice, procedural representation, advocacy, arbitration assistance and, where required, court-agent services to supplement its in-house legal teams. The procurement is divided into five lots: civil, commercial, insolvency, financial, tax and regulatory law; administrative and contentious-administrative law; criminal law; arbitration and arbitration litigation; and labour and social security law. The initial framework term is 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions.
