Conversion and refurbishment of three laboratories for scientific equipment installation

Summary

The University of Cádiz is procuring works to combine and refurbish three laboratories on the ground floor of the Faculty of Sciences at its Puerto Real campus for new scientific and technical equipment. The works include an independent vibration-isolating foundation, redesigned internal spaces, acoustic treatment, precision climate control and ventilation, dedicated power and data connections, electromagnetic-shielding preparation, and a direct external access route. The procurement is a single, indivisible lot, with a four-month completion period and an estimated value of EUR 202,467.96 excluding VAT.
