Landscape restoration of the left bank of the Valdesanjuan stream

Summary

The Dueñas Town Council is procuring landscape restoration works on the left bank of the Valdesanjuan stream, Phase 2, Zone I, downstream of the Villa Bridge. The works include, among other things, removing deteriorated masonry, building a 20-metre-long and 1.08-metre-wide timber walkway, installing stormwater drainage and drip irrigation, and adding two lights, benches, a litter bin and a protective railing. The works are scheduled to take four months, with a budget of €56,756.07 including VAT; the contract is not divided into lots.
