Gijón’s municipal housing company is procuring the complete conversion of a former storage room in the building at 2 Juan Botas Street into emergency social housing suitable for people with reduced mobility. The works include demolition, masonry, partitions and ceilings, floor and wall finishes, internal and external doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation installations, painting, and residential fittings.
