Updating workplace risk assessments and emergency plans

Summary

The Spanish Social Security General Treasury is procuring the update of workplace risk assessments and preventive activity planning in Melilla, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the provincial directorate building shared by TGSS and INSS at General Marina 18 and also includes review and implementation of the emergency plan, an evacuation drill, training and updated safety signage; the building has approximately 50 employees and an area of 1,545.85 m². Lot 2 covers workplaces on the 7th and 8th floors of the south tower of the V Centenario building, with approximately 60 employees across 855.04 m²; each lot has a maximum performance period of one month. The total estimated budget is EUR 3,655.60, including IPSI.
