Construction of the Doctor Jarabo Multifunctional Centre

Summary

The San Martín de la Vega Town Council is procuring, under a single contract, construction of the Doctor Jarabo Multifunctional Centre on the plots at 9 and 15 Avenida Doctor Manuel Jarabo. The project comprises two connected buildings: a social and assistance facility with, among other spaces, community rooms, consultation rooms and offices, and a sports and leisure facility with a gym, changing rooms and sports equipment storage. The works also include the landscaped outdoor areas connecting the buildings; the completion period is 16 months, and the contract is not divided into lots.
